SHIPPING POLICY |

- Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or
next business day.
- Most orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on
the next business day (Monday). Our carriers pick up Monday
through Friday only.
- All ground orders shipped from our warehouse will arrive in 4-7
business days. Exceptions will be indicated on the product
description page or by communication from us by email or phone after
your order is placed. We make every effort to ensure you
receive your package as soon as possible.

We offer 3 different shipping options to meet most needs.

GROUND
TEMPORARY SHIPPING REDUCTION!
ALL orders ship by ground for $3.99. Shipments to Alaska and
Hawaii do not qualify for this offer and will be assessed actual
shipping charges.

2ND DAY AIR
Base rate is $17.99 plus $1.30 per pound.
- OVERNIGHT
Base rate is $25.99 plus $2.00 per pound.
Oversized or heavy items (typically any single item over 65 lbs.) may
incur an additional charge. The product description will clearly
indicate any oversized or extra shipping charges. |

- CARRIERS
We use FedEx and USPS for all of our ground shipping from our
warehouse in Ohio.
- 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipments are shipped via FedEx.
- Drop ship items originate from different locations and
may utilize other carriers.

- When your order ships, you will receive an email with your
tracking number and a link to the carriers website. The
carrier's website will provide you with tracking information and
estimated delivery times.
