SCALE PICTURES This was simply born from necessity. How many times have you ordered a product online and when it arrives it was nowhere near the size you thought it was? Well, we end this problem by taking all of our products into our photo studio and taking pictures along side a well know object - a tennis ball! Sorry, the tennis ball doesn't come with the product - although that may be a good promo idea in the future! We've received accolades for this simple idea. Of course it is more of an effort to photograph and process each of the products we sell but we want to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. We're sure you'll enjoy this simple feature as much as we do! NOTE: We're working tirelessly to update all our products with the tennis ball in the picture. You may notice some items do not yet have this feature, but rest assured, they soon will. |

USE TYPE Every product, particularly toys, have a specific use or recommended use. We've followed the manufacturers recommendations in most cases and relayed that information to you in this section. When a selection is red, that means the product is recommended for that use. If it is 'grayed' out then the product is not recommended for that particular use. An expanded explanation is visible in each product page when you hover your mouse over the small 'Use Type' box. A larger box appears and give a full explanation of what each of the use types mean. See the pictures below for samples and the full explanations you will encounter when using the Pawfect Match feature on the product pages. |

DURABILITY RATING Durability and understanding how to match your dog to a particular strength item is key to ensuring your dog has a safe and long lasting product. Each bone in the rating system represents varying degrees of durability as explained in the graphic below. It is important to initially match your dog to a description that you believe closely resembles your dog's chewing habits. After purchasing and using the toy for some time, you will be able to gage if future purchases should be in the same, higher or lower category. This tool can be very useful if you keep track of this feature. Remember, if you register on our site when purchasing, you can always refer back to prior orders to recall the durability rating of past purchases. |

SIZE CHART A critical factor in selecting a product for your dog is ensuring you get the proper size. This is paramount in selecting a safe item for your dog. The size chart on each product page will assist in your selection. It provides weight reference as well as breed type so you can properly categorize your dog into a particular size. You can then select the size option for the product based on this category. Some product options do not have sizes that exactly match all sizes, so this tool can be used as a general reference in those cases. Also, use the scale picture reference to assist in those situations. |
